We invest at pre-seed stage through our PoC investment scheme whether you have an already incorporated company or not (average ticket size of 250k€ as convertible note).

We also invest around 1 M€ in equity at Seed stage in new investees or as follow-ons over our PoC portfolio.

Our tech incubation and business creation programs are tailor-made upon teams specific needs. It can vary from a a few days spread over the PoC duration, up to 24 months in case of executive training programs.

No physical presence is required but only the participation to the mandatory activities required by the tech incubation or business creation program. For the tech incubation program teams can remain located in the partner University and move sporadically when requested. For the business creation program, startups will be asked sometimes to be in Torino or Roma to attend the mandatory activities.

English and Italian are both official languages of our programmes.

Galaxia will ask teams to co-found a company in case of a positive outcome of the PoC.
